Bible questions are intended to broaden our mental scope. Sometimes we put God in a box, or we fail to grasp how HUGE He is and how minute we are. This week’s questions are ones of perspective. A little-known man named Agur has a way of stretching our human thinking so we can at least begin to sort of wrap our brains around the Lord’s majesty.
In your journal or notebook, be sure to record: (1) To whom was the question asked? (2) What was the response? (3) What difference did the question make? (4) What do you realize about God that you didn’t before this week’s quest?
When we complete this journey, you will have studied every question in the Bible. Have fun!
Who has gone up to heaven and come down? Prov. 30:4
Who has gathered up the wind in the hollow of His hands? Prov. 30:4
Who has wrapped up the waters in His cloak? Prov. 30:4
Who has established all the ends of the earth? Prov. 30:4
What is His name and the name of His Son? Prov. 30:4
“Who is the Lord?” Prov. 30:9
Just how awesome and wonderful that today; we know.
We, that are called to be His Friends, have been given these names, and are allowed to speak them, and wear them as a husbands name to his wife
Amen!
